Cancer Center to host open house June 30

Putnam County Hospital Cancer Center invites the public to its open house on Thursday, June 30 from 4-6 p.m. in the Cancer Center lobby, located on the second floor of the hospital.

The Cancer Center invites the community, patients and friends to celebrate the retirement of Dr. Frank A. Workman.

Dr. Workman has dedicated his time, knowledge and spirit to the Cancer Center for many years, creating a family-environment for all who enter the center.

Putnam County Hospital Cancer Center will also be welcoming Dr. Sameer Z. Ahmed with Franciscan Health, as he will be named the medical director of Putnam County Hospital Cancer Center,.

Appetizers will be served.
