North Putnam Family Healthcare is a primary care office that offers a range of healthcare services to all ages. We offer lab services, wellness physicals, sports physicals, and radiology services. We offer personalized healthcare close to home. Medication needs are conveniently located in the same building at Crossroads Care Pharmacy. We are also excited to announce that we are providing short-term in office therapy as well as behavior health medication management.
Disclaimer: In order to utilize our behavioral health services, a person must be an established patient with our practice and it requires an internal referral based on need.

Ashley is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner, focusing on preventative medicine and whole-person wellness. Before becoming a nurse practitioner, Ashley was an EMT first and then became a registered nurse. She worked in ER, ICU/PCU, management and case management before choosing to further her education to provide the best care for her patients. She specializes in caring for families. When not working, Ashley loves to travel, spend time with her 2 kids and husband, visit with friends and family, swim or snorkel when able, and volunteer with church functions and missions.
