Respiratory care is a 24 hours a day, 7 days a week department staffed by licensed and credentialed Respiratory Therapists. The Respiratory Care Department provides quality respiratory services in the inpatient, outpatient, and emergency care settings while working in conjunction with our providers, hospitalists, and other medical specialists. Our skilled team is certified in Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), and Neonatal Resuscitation (NRP).

Putnam County Hospital has an AASM accredited sleep lab for the diagnosis and treatment of sleep disorders in patients 13 years of age and older. Our Sleep Disorder Specialist provides diagnostic testing, treatment, and education for sleep disorders such as:
