Patients now have DIRECT ACCESS to Physical Therapy. This means a physician’s referral is no longer required, and you are able to begin treatment right away to be one step closer to living pain free. Jaydeep Samant, PT, MHS, Team Leader
Originally from Mumbai, Jaydeep received his Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy in 2016 in India. In 2018, he graduated with a Master’s in Health Sciences from the University of Indianapolis and has been a practicing Physical Therapist since graduation.
Jaydeep has worked in a variety of settings ranging from orthopedic hospitals to skilled nursing. He specializes in treating orthopedic, neuromuscular conditions, sports injuries, joint replacements and any acute musculoskeletal conditions. He works with patients needing wound care for lymphedema, traumatic wounds, diabetic ulcers, venous stasis ulcers, etc...
Terry Schaefer, PTA, WCC, CLT, CEAS, CCI, COF, CCCE, CMCP, FMT, IASTMP, CMIP, CFNIP
Terry earned his Physical Therapist Assistant degree from Vincennes University in Vincennes, Indiana. He has also completed specialized training and certifications as a Wound Care Certified professional, Certified Lymphedema Therapist, Certified Ergonomic Assessment Specialist, Certified Clinical Instructor, and Certified Orthotic Fitter.
Terry is dedicated to helping his patients achieve their healing goals. His diverse expertise provides a strong foundation for delivering effective, personalized care tailored to each patient’s treatment objectives.
Aries Biglang-Awa, PT
Aries has over three decades of dedicated expertise as a physical therapist, spanning diverse settings such as inpatient care, outpatient clinics, skilled nursing facilities, and beyond. He received his Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from Virgen Milagrosa University in Pangasinan, Philippines. Aries’s wealth of experience encompasses addressing a spectrum of conditions, from neurologic and orthopedic issues to concussion management. His commitment to enhancing the well-being of his patients shines through his comprehensive approach and compassionate care.
Erin Winters, OTR/L
Erin earned her Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy from Indiana University, following her Associate degree in Physical Therapy from Vincennes University. She has extensive experience across various settings, including outpatient, inpatient, subacute care, skilled nursing, and home health. This diverse background, combined with ongoing continuing education, allows Erin to apply a wide range of treatment techniques and modalities. She specializes in treating orthopedic injuries of the shoulder, elbow, wrist, and hand, including custom splint fabrication.
Erin is also passionate about helping patients with neurological diagnoses, balance disorders, or other conditions achieve their full potential and improve their quality of life. She is trained in Neuro-Developmental Treatment (NDT) and the treatment of visual perceptual impairment and low vision. Additionally, Erin is a Certified Mind, Body, Movement Specialist, integrating Tai Chi movements into rehabilitation treatments for a variety of conditions.
Jessica Tinsley, MA, CCC-SLP
Jessica, a Greencastle native, earned her Bachelor’s degree from Indiana State University and her Master’s degree from Ball State University. She has been a valued member of the therapy department at Putnam County Hospital since 2021 and brings over 15 years of experience as a speech-language pathologist. Jessica is passionate about building relationships with the families she serves and delivering exceptional care to her patients.
She provides comprehensive services, including evaluations and therapy for articulation, language, cognition, modified barium swallow studies, and dysphagia, for patients of all ages—from pediatrics to geriatrics. Jessica specializes in treating a wide range of conditions, including stroke, swallowing difficulties, Parkinson’s disease, autism, developmental delays, and more.
