Medical Assist or LPN – North Put
We are currently seeking a friendly, patient-focused Medical Assistant or LPN for our North Putnam Family Healthcare Clinic in Bainbridge, Indiana. Must be willing to work front and back office. Certification is required and experience preferred. Full-time, benefit eligible M-F 8-5.
Experience for this position includes:
• Electronic Medical Records (Allscripts)
• Insurance, recertification and authorizations
• Triage of telephone calls and scheduling
• Rooming patients and taking medical history
• Updating Medications
• Phlebotomy and giving injections
• Obtaining prior authorizations
• Assisting with Procedures
• Working directly with a Physician and/or Nurse Practitioner
