Craig Johnson, DO

Dr. Johnson is a graduate of Michigan State University where he received his medical degree.

Dr. Johnson completed his residency at Union Hospital, Terre Haute, Indiana in Family Practice.  He is board certified by the American Board of Family Medicine.

He was previously a partner in group practice in Brazil Indiana where he provided comprehensive medical care including Obstetrics, Pediatrics, Adult and Geriatric Care in the outpatient clinic, nursing homes and hospital.

Dr. Johnson also practiced at Union Hospital in the Emergency Department, as Hospitalist and was a preceptor for Family Practice residents.  He has served as medical director for several nursing homes in the area.

Dr. Johnson joined the medical staff at Putnam County Hospital in 2015 where he currently practices as a Hospitalist.  He serves as the Vice President of the medical staff and sits on the Peer Review committee.
