New provider joins Family Medicine of Cloverdale

CLOVERDALE — Putnam County Hospital Physician Practices has announced that physician assistant (PA) Kelsey Futter has joined Family Medicine of Cloverdale and is now seeing patients.

Family Medicine of Cloverdale is located at 51 E. Market St.

Futter joins Keith Landry, MD, and PAs Jessica Archer and Sara Taylor.

“Kelsey will be a great asset to our office and to our patients,” Dr. Landry said. “Taking care of our patients is our No. 1 priority, and having her join our team will help us care for those in our community more efficiently.”

Futter is excited about the opportunity.

“Practicing as a physician assistant allows me to serve others as I guide patients in lifelong care,” Futter said. “I am surrounded by a supportive group of mentors at Cloverdale and I love building relationships with the people of this community.”
