Below are general guidelines to help differentiate when to receive care from Putnam Prompt Care, and when a visit to the Emergency Department is in your best interest:

Cathy Clodfelter, FNP-C

Practitioner Clodfelter attended the University of Indianapolis, obtaining an AD and BSN. She did her past graduate studies at IU School of Nursing, graduating 1st in her class with a Master’s of Science in Nursing.  She performed her residency at American Health Network in Danville, IN. and is Board Certified by the ANCC.

Practitioner Clodfelter states, “I am excited and thankful for the opportunity to contribute to the healthcare of my friends and neighbors in Putnam County.”
